At Divine Shiva, we work to ensure your orders reach you safely and as quickly as possible. This policy explains how we ship, deliver, and manage orders placed on our website.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India.


2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

During festivals, high-volume sales, or special occasions, processing time may slightly extend.


3. Delivery Timeline

Delivery generally takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Remote or difficult-to-reach areas may take slightly longer.

Delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, or unforeseen events are not within our control.


4. Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted and reputable courier companies to ensure safe delivery.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS/Email with the tracking link.

You can track your package in real time until it reaches your address.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for most locations in India.

In some PIN codes, COD availability depends on courier serviceability.


7. Shipping Charges

Free shipping across India for all prepaid orders

COD orders may include a nominal COD handling fee depending on your courier partner.


8. Delivery Attempts

The courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times.

If the order is not accepted, it will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

RTO charges may apply for repeated refusal of orders.


9. Damaged Shipments

If you receive a package that is tampered, damaged, or opened, please:

Record a full unboxing video (mandatory for claims),

Do not accept the package if it is visibly tampered,

Contact our support team within 48 hours.

All returns/replacements follow our Return & Refund Policy.


10. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

Wrong or incomplete address

Customer not available

Phone switched off / unreachable

Refusal to accept the package

In such cases, reshipping fees may apply.
