At Divine Shiva, we aim to ensure a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are processed.
1. Order Cancellation
Cancellations are accepted only if the request is made before the order is shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
2. Return & Replacement Eligibility
We offer returns or replacements only in the case of damaged or defective products.
To qualify, the customer must:
Provide video proof of the entire unboxing showing the damage clearly.
Submit the complaint within 7 days of receiving the product.
Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.
3. No Refund/Replacement in These Conditions
We do not offer refunds or replacements for the following:
If the customer does not like the product after receiving it
(Customers are advised to check product details and design before buying.)
Perishable items such as flowers, food items, or similar products
Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
Products without valid proof of damage at the time of unboxing
4. Product Not as Expected
If you feel the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations:
You must report the issue to our Customer Service within 7 days of delivery.
After reviewing your complaint, our team will make an appropriate decision regarding replacement or refusal.
5. Manufacturer Warranty Items
For products that come with manufacturer warranty, complaints must be directed to the respective manufacturer/service center.
Divine Shiva will not be responsible for servicing or replacement under manufacturer warranty policies.
6. Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process, depending on your bank/payment provider.
